Books for young readers???

The publishing company Penguin is accepting unsolicited mauscripts that would be in the category for young readers. I was wondering what kind of content would be allowed? and what is the age range for young readers(are they teen agers)?

I checked this out a while ago...I thought they had YA and childrens' categories?

But they've removed the page...
