So a few months ago I received a rejection from an agent after she read my full manuscript. She gave me some great feedback and told me that if I revised it, she'd love to take another look.

However, now I'm a bit confused. the email address that the agent had me submit my full manuscript to was different than the email address to which i initially sent my query letter (one seemed like her general submissions address and the other more like her personal or business address). My question is which address do you think it would be most appropriate to send my resubmission to? I don’t want to seem overly familiar by sending it to the personal address, but I also don’t want it to just get lost in a slush pile somewhere.

Communicate with her via the email that she used, she wouldn't have used it if she wasn't comfortable communicating with you there. The submissions is likely for slush, or perhaps her assistant reads it first etc., Her direct work email or personal email depending on how she works (and something very valuable to have) will likely get you to her much more quickly and directly. This is a good thing - congratulations!

I'd go with the second address from where she responded.

I would reintroduce myself with a reminder of the work I submitted and she commented on and then ask if she is still interested and what email account you should use for the resubmission. If its only been a few months, more than likely she will remember...

Agreed. And, if you still have it, you might even consider replying to her last correspondence, when she asked you to resubmit. I would start it as a fresh email and still re-introduce myself as thothguard51 suggested, but she'll have everything she needs to refresh her memory right there in front of her.

Good luck! :fistpump

Thanks so much for the advice! I had figured that I should contact her via the address she most recently used to contact me but, like I said, I didn't want to seem creepy and overly familiar. Unfortuantely, I've still got a month or so of edits ahead of me but I definitely appreciate all the well wishes!

You'll want to use the new e-mail, because you want to just click reply and keep her e-mail there. Always just reply so the agent can remember what they last wrote.
