Adventure Fiction

You know, try as I might, I can't really find a marketplace for short adventure fiction. Dell seems to publish the SF & F mags, as well as the mystery mags, but is there anything for adventure tales out there which are neither science fiction or police-related?

Go to Duotrope's Digest and select action/adventure. There are a few, but it doesn't appear to be many that specilialize in just that. They all are more general fiction or speculative fiction that also accept action/adventure.

I've had the same problem, and the same solution: Duotrope.

While researching crime markets on Duotrope I've run across quite a few pubs that accept action/adventure. You shouldn't have much trouble finding a good fit, depending on your story's length.
