Ya-poo problems

Tried to access my Yahoo mail. Yahoo froze, so I opened task manager and shut down Firefox, thinking when I got back in I'd be able to access mail. Now I just keep getting an error message.

I can't seem to get into my mail. I can get into quick view but it won't let me open my mail. I get notification in my tool bar saying that I've received mail but that's it.

All of the other sites I visit are fine, including GMail.

Any ideas before I explode?

Try rebooting PC to reset everything and end all programs that may be stuck or unresponsive.

Firefox gives me a lot of problems too. Download Google Chrome browser to see if you like that better.

If you're sure you know your log in info, I'd also try deleting Yahoo cookies.

I turned off lap top and left it for a while, no joy.

I cleared all my cookies and still same bloody message.

Are you in the UK? Yahoo was doing some server updates over there a couple of months ago and people were having a hard time accessing their mail. They may be up to something similar again.

FYI -- Fire-ox can fark up on gmail too. But just follow the first two steps.
