Sorry if I'm missing something obvious (wouldn't be the first time!) but is there a way to attach a document to a PM? "Attachments" in my CP doesn't seem to do anything and I can't find any "attach doc" icon.

No. To send a doc you will need their email address.

I suspected attachments would bog down the AW server. Thanks for the quick reply!

Perhaps you could post the document somewhere and give your CP the password. Like Google Docs?

Never tried that. I'll look into it.

Try Google Docs (you can comment on a shared doc) or Drop Box.
