I have a Toshiba Satellite L305D. Not the same model, but I got it in January 2, 2010 with the following specs:

Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit
AMD Sempron Processor SI-42
3 GB DDR2 RAM
250 GB hard drive
15.4" Tru Brite Widescreen Display
Matte Silver Color
DVD Super Multi Drive

All for $428, without taxes, $469 approx. taxes and shipping and handling included, at Walmart.com.

...And I adore it!! I don't regret buying it for a second! I adore Toshibas. My future third laptop will be Toshiba, no doubt. If I got this right and you already got the computer, you won't regret it.


I read the specs straight from one of my computer's stickers. I never remove the stickers from my computers. They'd have to come off on their own.

Very ruggid and very dependable, according to my daughter.

I don't have one, but from what I have seen Toshiba deserves respect! It's top of my list for if-I-dids.

I ordered it on Dec. 28 and it got here, to Puerto Rico, on Jan. 2.

I have a different Toshiba Satellite version, but I love my computer. I have had it for two years and I haven't had any problems so far, unlike my sister's Gateway. I'm definitely buying another Toshiba when I need one.
