Axe Cop is so awesome, it deserves a thread of it's own. Axe Cop is a webcomic done by two-brothers: Ethan Nicolle, the older brother, draws it, while Malachi, who's five, comes up with the story. It follows a hero named Axe Cop who, along with his teammates Avocado Solider, Sockarang, and dinosaur Wexter, fights bad guys. It is really, really funny and has a weird kind of internal logic that becomes clearer the more you read. Aside from the main storyline, there's also 'Ask Axe Cop', where people can send in questions. For example:

It's a fun ride! The characters are mental as anything. I have my suspicions about the age thing but I shall keep them to myself!

I've read a few of these and laughed.

Y'know, there's some lesson here about telling a good story that writers of all ages can learn from this 5 year old kid. For the life of me, I'm never gonna figure it out, but it's there somewhere. :D

For sure. Like, planting in details that won't become important than later. For example, I LOLed at Uni-Man's first line ("I lost my baby.") knowing that eventually this would lead to a story where Uni-Man and Uni-Baby get reunited. It's in no way a subtle set-up, but I don't think subtlety is the goal.

Well, it's like anything else by a 5-year-old, I guess. It's really funny at first, but after a while it just gets old and tiresome.
