I am seeking a beta reader for my novel, The Horror of Hayesfield. I would more than love to read some of your material in exchange. Currently I have 65 pages out of ~120 done (this is my second draft) and would like to know how it's going thus far.

It involves an unlucky boy who burns his house down while cooking pancakes & moves into his grandparents' haunted manor, and encounters demons, a psychic girl, and many other things.
