Let's fess up. We all like a movie, or maybe a few movies, a lot, that in reality are pretty bad movies. Maybe its for nostalgic or sentimental reasons, but whatever the case, we still like them, even though they are generally thought to be not very good.

So this thread is for you to confess what are yours.

I really like both the Night at the Museum movies. Especially the second one.

Also, A Cinderella Story. Its super duper cheesy-ness worked for me.

Starship Troopers. For what it is, I can't hate on it too much. For what it was supposed to be, it's a wide miss.

13 Going on Thirty
Happy Accidents (give it a try!)
Cliffhanger

Maryn, who'll watch a mediocre movie with pleasure

I always thought Starship Troopers the film was an ironic lampooning of Heinline's political ideology laced with liberal amounts of 80s camp, using 90s era visual effects.

Enchanted, Just Like Heaven, Galaxy Quest and Nacho Libre. If I cared, it could be embarrassing.

I see absolutely nothing wrong with liking Starship Troopers, Bill & Ted, or Hudson Hawk. All very good movies.

Me, I was surprised to like The Duchess and Vanity Fair.

Hudson Hawk is practically the best action movie ever made!

For me, it would be this terrible movie called Dish Dogs, with Sean Astin and Matthew Lillard playing philosopher dishwashers. Brian Denehy plays the Wise Mentor. And "Drop Dead Fred", equally awful but much beloved by me since forever.
