This was inspired by the thread on Malcolm in the Middle, and I'm just wondering which TV family you wish you married into or were related to in some way?

I think you'd have to mix and match TV families to get one worth living in. If there's a decent mom, the dad's a moron. If there's a decent dad, the mom's dead. Siblings become synonyms for sadists.

If you want "normal," you can't beat the Cosbys or the Keatons. I'd choose the Keatons for sure.

David Cassidy sold tickets faster than The Beatles, Stones--all the big names at the time. After he was done filming he would play to sold out venues at night. He was as big as.........Lady Gaga :D

I was more of a Shaun fan myself. That Shirley Jones really pumped out the hit-makers.

On the shear excitement scale of being in any of the families, I would have to go with the Robinson's. The rest would seem a little boring, especially those before the 1960's.
