After a very satisfying beta experience, I'm looking for like-minded individuals interested in being writing partners. For moi, this would include tossing around ideas, beta-ing small sections of prose when there are concerns/questions, trading helpful pointers and tips, encouraging each other to stay on task, and any other general writing topics. Very much a give-and-take relationship.
My current genre is Paranormal Romance, but Paranormal is my mainstay. I also love horror and crime thrillers. Some of my favorite books and authors are:

Patricia Cornwell
James Lee Burke
Charlaine Harris
Dennis Lehane
Breathers, by S.G. Browne
Wintergirls, by Laurie Halse Anderson (currently reading)
The Morganville Vampires Series (what I've read so far)

The Gargoyle, Andrew Davidson (...I think..)
There's more I'm forgetting, but this is a sample. I'd like to find other writers who enjoy the same/similar books and authors.
I am NOT looking to hold someone's hand, be in constant multiple-emails-a-day-contact (need time to get some work done) or be an ongoing negative sounding board.
