Pitching a show overseas?

Does it vary much from the process in the states? How would I go about doing it: mail it in, fax it over, buy a plane ticket? I'm not assuming (by any means) that I'll have instant success by doing this. It's more a matter of taking a realistic look at the content of the show and figuring out where it would be more likely to find an audience were anyone to take interest in it. The general concept is an animated TV drama and, let's face it, that's not going to fly here.

Yeah, pretty much. For some reason I tended to dance around the term as I was writing it and describing it to people but I guess that's the most accurate way to describe it.
