Just tuned in my first first erotica!

I got a request last year to contribute to one of the Mammoth Book anthologies (I've been in four others) and this time it was for their erotica series, which is a different editor than the romance anthos. I hadn't written a true erotica before although I'm a big fan of the genre.

I have to admit it was a lot of fun to let loose a little from the typical confines of the romance pages. The editor wanted a "medium" level of sexuality, which is fine for my first time.

Fingers crossed he likes it. Wish me luck!

Good luck, Cathy! I'm sure you'll do just fine. I decided to try my hand at erotica, wrote a novella, submitted it and...the darn thing sold. So, I think if you're a writer, you can write anything. Let us know when it's out.
