I was watching an episode of Mama's Family where it was April Fool's Day and her son (vint) threw a rubber snake on her. I must have hit replay like 10 times and laughed until tears came into my eyes.
What show moments have made you bust out laughing?:D

I laugh pretty easily when it's comes to comedy shows, so there are many moments. :D

My favourite sitcom is Friends, and the moment that springs to mind is the episode revolving around Joey's inability to share food ("Joey doesn't share!!!"). That had me and my dad laughing every time it came on. :D

There are lots! :)

There was an episode of Joey (the Friends spin-off) where he was an understudy in three different plays, and ended up needing to perform them all on the same night. One was Richard III, and he had been having huge difficulty with the opening monologue. At the end, he nails it, performing it brilliantly and movingly... and then on the stage behind him traipse on some dancing cowboys, because he'd mixed up which play he was in at that moment. I never saw it coming and thought it was brilliant.

I nearly peed my pants the first time I watched Manos: The Hands of Fate as done by Mystery Science Theater 3000. It probably didn't help that it was late at night and I was by myself...but oh man, Torgo nearly killed me.

30 Rock has had some great moments. When Tracy took drugs before his appearance on Conan and was acting like Chewbacca (among all the other things that happened in that episode) was gold. Also when they showed how all the characters saw each other: Jack seeing everyone with monetary values assigned (and Kenneth only being worth $7), Tracy seeing everyone as himself, and Kenneth seeing everyone as Muppets, and watches Liz walk Muppet-like (as a Muppet) down the hall, and the camera changes and Liz (as a human) is still walking Muppet-like.

ETA: Oh, I have more. :D On the Simpsons, the whole sequence which parodies the opening of Raiders of the Lost Ark--with Homer filling the role of the giant boulder--is hysterical.

And the episode of Mr. Bean when he goes to the school, turns some kid blue, is forced to paint a naked lady, and tries his hand at martial arts, and (I think this was the same episode) stole the pants off of another guy who was using the bathroom.

On the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air when Will was telling Hilary to calm down and stop being so dramatic about a mole that her boyfriend had and he said "You're making a mountain out of a mole, hil." I thought it was hilarious.

AW. A very nice place!
... Tom & Jerry cartoons and also Looney Tunes are the only shows on TV that have ever made me laugh. I'm smiling just thinking about Daffy and the gang :-D ... Will have to watch some episodes soon. They hardly ever play 'em anymore :-( ... One of my fav's is when Tom is an orchestra conductor and Jerry sabotages the show, by sawing holes in the bandstand floor so the musicians fall through and disappear.

The Gone With the Wind parody on the Carol Burnett Show.

When Chuckles the Clown died on the Mary Tyler Moore show.

When Mr. Carlson discovered that domestic turkeys can't fly on WKRP in Cincinnati.

Any episode of Barney Miller.

"Nice to meet you, Ferret-Face!" - BJ Honeycutt's arrival at M*A*S*H. (I think it was Hawkeye and BJ already being in hysterics that made me bust up; I like to laugh along.)

Just saw a great episode of The IT Crowd last night. Marketing person needs speech, asks IT guys to write it. They do so and give her a special prop: a painted shoebox with a red light on top. They tell her it's The Internet. Fantastic.

Or maybe it's the two geeky guys doing groovy dances to keep from laughing.

I have a large boxed collection of Looney Tunes DVDs that I paid a silly amount of money for because I love them so much. Also, I had a pair of twin kittens that looked so much like Tom from Tom & Jerry that we named them Tom & Jerry.

Now I feel the need to buy some Tom & Jerry DVDs. And to watch my Looney Tunes discs...

As for TV show moments that made me laugh... The US version of The Office when Michael is dating Pam's Mom and Pam finally finds out. I laughed like an idiot.

The Thanksgiving Day "turkey drop" on WKRP in Cincinnati.

WKRP: The first 1.5 seconds Venus is shown as the Ghost of Christmas Past (right before Carlson slams the door on him) in one of the Christmas Specials.
WKRP: Johnny taking off his sunglasses before the fight with Scum of the Earth in the Hoodlum Rock episode.
Spaced: Tim burning all of his Star Wars memorabilia after Phantom Menace.
Spaced: Brian trying to put the coat in Tim and Daisey's room.

Actually, let's just say all of Spaced and WKRP plus the Donna/Doctor conversation through glass in the Partners in Crime episode and the kiss scene in the "Unicorn and the Wasp" episode of Doctor Who.

This is an oldie (and it's probably not going to mean much to Americans) but the elephant shitting all over the Blue Peter (a kid's show) studios, and everyone falling into the mess while trying to get the animal under control is hilarious.

... awesome :)
One of the first things I'm going to do when I get some loot is buy a boxed collection, too, along with a DVD player. That way I won't have to be at the mercy of cable tv when I want to watch episodes. Very cute about the twin kittens ^..^

The scene in the Angel episode, Smile Time, when Spike exclaims, "You're a bloody puppet!" and the two of them end up rolling around in the halls of Wolfram & Hart, fighting. "You're a wee little puppet man!"

I remember they showed the first puppet scene at Worldcon in 2005, when that episode was up for a Hugo. The entire auditorium cracked up; it was brilliant. :D
