I don't think many people spotted this thread. It's mentioned on the 7th page of the other thread, really difficult to find unless you read every post carefully. Why not add an edit to the OP in the first thread?

I've voted, but this thread is a bad way of agreeing a date. It's the ones you can't attend you need to be voting against.

I voted for the one in second place just on the off-chance it overhauls the leader. I won't be making 22 May, that's for sure.
I've voted. I'm the one who voted for the 15th though I can make any of these dates. Though the 8th is probably not best as I have a writers' group meeting in the afternoon and I'd imagine an afternoon meet-up would be better for those travelling some way who need to get back the same day.

I am officially changing my vote to the 8th!
I think one of the writing group suggested it woul dbe actually BETTER for them on the 8th, since they would only have to go to London once?
We could have it starting in the afternoon and going on into the night to accomodate everyone.
