Source to buy screenplays of movies?

I don't write or know a thing about screenplays, sorry

I do have several movies that I'd like to have on paper.

Can y'all recommend a source where I could buy the screenplay of the movies I'm interested in?

Have you checked out the stickies at the top of the forum with links to online script websites?

On word of warning, the scripts you see in books (and online) are often shooting scripts, rather than the original spec scripts.

I'll have to check the difference. I'm mostly wanting to be able to look at the dialogue, etc. without the benefit of acting or sets -- to just have the words.

I buy all mine from ScriptShack.com. A lot of the time, I can't find the one I'm looking for at those free websites.

I use the free sites at the stickies. I haven't needed to buy one yet. Maybe when my career is bigger than fledgling I'll stump for some scripts, but for now free sites suit me just fine.
