I have fan-made music videos (taking footage/editing/putting to music), but I'm not sure if that's exactly what you're looking for. 
I used to... until I got my account suspended for copyright issues and lost all of the videos I created.

And it certainly looks very cool and makes you want to read the book! It really does have a real "Vegas in Kentucky" vibe to it, too ... it grabbed the era so well I was expecting gangland shootings (are there moonshine wars? The movie adaptation will want moonshine gangstas and their Southern Gothic vixen molls!)
But then I read about the tragic nightclub fire in the notes ... so it'll no doubt be a great tale without my unnecessary melodramas or wisecracks!
It's a good trailer for the book though! Captures the era, makes me want to read about it. Best wishes!
Ah Max - that stinks! I don't know what I'd do without my videos! I've been creating them for about 5 years now, so glad I have them all saved on my hard drive!

I have two videos actually worth watching. The first is a music video I casted, wrote, directed, choreographed, costumed, (basically everything but acted in it, though I did give an improptu introduction) for class. I and the actors got a perfect A for our work.

It's actually pretty darn funny (i.e "He walked through Christian Bale's take and Christian Bale apologised . . . He's on a first name basis with Dr. Who . . .")
