Is it "hottie" or "hotty"?

As in: "He is such a ___!"

Every time I write "hottie" my word spell check says it's wrong. I feel silly asking this but they both look strange to me.

I would use hottie, and Dictionary.com lists it.

My Webster says "hottie," and there's no listing for "hotty." Best I could do for you there was "potty."

Or perhaps the term hottie transferred from bottle to bod?

Well, if someone fails to use an effective birth control method, it transfers back from bod to bottle . . . baby bottle.
