I decided on an escrow office (or title company, whatever--it's different in each state, apparently) for the offbeat job I was looking for, and was wondering if anyone has worked in one.
I'm interested in knowing how many people worked in the office (and in what positions) and what drama took place. What were the rivalries, the frustrations, the coveted projects, the trivial things that caused panics, the carrots dangled in front of people, how people manipulated each other, the beefs people had with each other, etc.?
Or was everything just hunky dory? ;-)
