9, I think, and that's LOADS for me. ;)

(By the way, you'd get through your pile quicker if you STOPPED BUYING MORE BOOKS!!! :D )

Can't help it. I'm addicted and when I see a good sale I have to buy :)

Ooh, if I include the disc of free "classic" books that came with my E-reader, I'm up to about 90! :D

15 plus several One Story shorts. I don't think I'll ever be at a loss for something to read.

Oh good grief; dozens! At least four biographies, three compilations, and easily ten novels.

According to my goodreads page, 212.

Although I've only got about twenty in my library box currently.

I have seven AW writers on my list. (Yes Adam, you're on it) so other writers can wait. I'm reading Ilfayne's Bane by our own Julia Knight right now--she's amazing.

Here and there
I've got about 185 books on my To Read Pile at the moment. I will most likely be adding Julia's book to that list when I go to the Forbidden Planet next week.

About 150 last time I checked. Plus another 100 on my wishlist...

Around 400, you bunch of lightweights.
Whoa! Is that a physical pile of books on the floor or on a shelf TBR, or is that list of books you plan to read? I don't think I could accommodate 400 physical books TBR. The books I've already read still don't have permanent shelf space.

too many. I used to have several lists of "The Greatest" 100 or 500 Novels of all time that I was crossferencing (for duplication) and compiling my list that I felt needed to be explored before I'm gone. So in that case I've got a bunch that I have never read that I want to read. The problem with crossing a lot of those off my list is that I'll discovery a new author that I like and I'll have to try to read all of their stuff.

So I currently have 7 within arm's reach that are on the "to be read" list. In storage boxes there's probably another dozen or two, which would include a few on the "top 100"
list.

And here I thought I had a lot with eight sitting on my bookshelf. I have many more I want to read, but those are the ones that I have bought.

Wow. I guess I'm behind.

Add over 100 today.

My Sony Touch came with around 125 free books, only some of which I've already read (around 20, maybe).

Right now I have 3 piles, each coming up to just over my knees. I don't know how many that actually is. Then I have a 3 page wish list type of TBR that I plan on reading eventually. It's neverending.

OH YEAH.

The very first eBook I ever paid for was Three Days to Dead. Managed to download it without any major fuck-ups so that's another one added to the pile. Think I'm at about eleventy bajillion now.
