Owing to the decline in publishers accepting unsolicited manuscripts nowadays, your best bet for publication is to try and get an agent. The good news is that there are plenty of agents out there who are looking for YA fiction and science fiction.

Do you mean you think it's a book with cross-over appeal? If so, then you will need to target your query letter to agents to reflect the market they sell to with the market you think your novel slots into.
