I thought it looked fantastic. Was afraid what the movie might look like and seeing the clips gave me hope. I think Franco portrays him well.

Must see. And can I just tell you the "you can't translate poetry into prose. That's what makes it poetry" is one of the coolest lines I've ever heard.

Thrilled by this, honestly.

James Franco reading as Allen Ginsberg was shocking. In a good way.

it really was. I was impressed. i can't wait to see it. He gave emotion and inflection to Ginsberg's words that I wasn't capable of reading into them as strictly a reader. It could just be my failing as a reader. But in any case, that is serious talent right there.

Kinda out of the blue, but James Franco was in line behind me at the grocery store a few days back.

It's weird. I live in the mountains of North Carolina. It's not like celebrity stalking is a local pastime.
