Hi there, I really need a mentor! It's my first novel ever and I have lots of questions. I think my English isn't too bad but I make some mistakes in grammar. I'm really at the point of being desperate...

It's always been my dream to publish a book and it's just a matter of giving me some advice and showing me where I go wrong.

My book is sort of fantasy/ romance. I have just started writing it and have my first paragraph written (it still need some work).

If you are interest in helping... please contact me ;)

Hi there,

Have you studied any books on writing? Familiarized yourself with any industry-related blogs (more agents and editors than fellow writers, I mean)? That's a good place to start.

I think finding a mentor is something that develops over time. In addition to the advice from Jess (which is good), try to find a local writer's group. Maybe attend a conference.

Best of luck!
