Hi, everyone! I joined Absolute Write months ago, but I've been a long-time lurker! I've enjoyed reading the posts, and I'm happy to finally write some of my own.A little background: I've just moved to a new state, so I'm not currently employed; when I do work, it's as a college instructor. I'm enjoying my time away from "the grind" as I'm finally getting to spend some quality time with my fiction. I write mostly women's fiction; I'd love to break into that market. I wish I could say I'm published but, aside from several journalism pieces, I'm not. Someday, though!
I'm also trying to get into the freelance editing market, so if anyone has any tips, I'd be very grateful to hear them!I'm really excited to meet you all and to become an active part of such a great community!
