Oh this is interesting!

Though, I wonder how this works when you have two protagonists that are equally important? I see suggestions to pick just one, but would that be misleading regarding what the story is about?

Now that you mentioned it, currently, most romance novel are giving the same importance to the hero as the heroine. In the past, it was most all about her, now he is getting a lot of attention too , and readers want to know his POV.
