Blog Posts on Urban Fantasy

I’m going to be talking about Urban Fantasy on my blog this week, as part of an ongoing “Genre of the Week” feature, and this week it’s UF’s turn. First reason I posted here is because I’m hoping to encourage some people to comment on the posts when they appear, so I can learn more about and reach a better understanding of the genre.
The second reason is that I’m wondering if there’s anything on the web you think I should read or know about before/as I do this?
Since UF isn’t exactly my field of expertise, I did a lot of web research, and reread many of the books I have in my collection, but I’d imagine the people in this part of the forum are in a better position to point towards good online resources than if I just type “Urban Fantasy” into Google.

First post is up, how bad did I do?

I think I’ve read that before, and I most definitely liked it.
Anyway, the next post is up, but I don’t think it’s quite as good as the first. It’s mainly dealing with the common split between MC knows about magic/MC doesn’t know.
