Hi there,

I was wondering if it's OK to submit a COMPLETELY new novel to an agent you've queried a different novel to. Will they read it or will they see who it's from and toss it out?

If David wasn't clear enough, Yes, It's perfectly okay to query the same agent on a second novel. Agents expect us to improve as we write, therefore, subsequent novels should be better than earlier ones.

Just keep in mind the timeline. If you queried them two weeks ago and they rejected you, wait. If it's been a few months, you're probably okay.

Only want to ditto the advice given to you by katiemac. Timing is the key. Personally, I would wait at least 3-4 months before querying the same agents on a new project.
