UK publishers for YA fantasy fiction

Ransom Publishing responded to me before I had an agent, granted it was for NF I do believe they also publish fantasy fiction.

There aren't many publishers in the UK who still accept unsolicited manuscripts direct from authors. The main one that I can think of is Chicken House, but they only accept manuscripts now under an annual competition, which won't open again until 2010.
