I am titling chapters with both numbers and below the number with the geographical locations. (City names) If two or more chapters in a row are in the same location, should I repeat the name of the location under the number or only when the chapter is in a new location. Appreciate any help

Maybe use a date to go along with the city name, or get more specific--like "Bennigans, Tampa, 2005." I dunno. I don't think it matters too much as long as you find a format and stick to it.

As long as there is a reason to have the locations pointed out to the reader - if the action surrounding the characters is constantly being shifted - then there is no reason not to do so. If the story is split between groups of characters it makes sense to identify the location where each part of the story is unfolding. I think this is used in Stephen King's The Stand, but it is much better known as a method in comic-books, where location is mentioned in boxes at the beginning of a new scene..

If the new chapter is in the same city, why not title it City Name (Cont.)?
