Yesterday I put up my plot, characters and setting in the Sandbox for review, but on reflection, they're too long.
No, seriously. Really, really long! Just ask Kenzie, who was the one person who read it.
So... should I put this really long, complicated plot in SYW? It's just a plot, but it takes up a good three pages on Microsoft Word.

You can keep it in Sandbox, which is meant for kicking around ideas. SYW is more for polishing written pieces. There's no length requirement, although in SYW we advise not to post more than 2,500 words at a time. I'd follow similar guideline for Sandbox, because you're right, once something looks like it's work to read (i.e., too long), then you don't get as many answers.
