Okay, so the new Mod can smack me down if this isn't appropriate, but I wanted to share how much fun I had at my book signing yesterday!
I went to Lori Foster's author/reader gettogether this summer, but no one knew me, so I only signed a few books. Yesterday was the first local signing I've had. My host was the local Barnes & Noble.
I won't bore everyone with a long narrative (info dumping
), but I have never felt so loved in my whole life!! For three straight hours, all I did was hug people and sign books. I had so many former students there to support me! Four of them made special t-shirts just to wear to the signing! (They put the name of sex-based psychologists on their backs like they were wearing team jerseys, and all their numbers were 30-12!) I ended up selling 80 books when all was said and done. Amazing...
