I Came, I Saw, I Drooled

This is my first foray into the fora, and I can't wait to dive in deeper. There's so much here to dig into! Amazing!

I write fantasy, primarily, but my publications are mostly nonfiction on martial arts topics: Consumer's Digest, Inside Karate, Kansas City Magazine, etc. I do have two short stories published in Flashquake and AlienSkin Magazine (online), but I gravitate toward novels.

I'm a graduate of Holly Lisle's How to Think Sideways bootcamp and hope to be one of the first into her new How to Revise Your Novel. Being a graduate means I can spend as much time in the classroom as I like, with lots of threads going all the time (but not nearly as much as Absolute Write!). I also co-manage a small online critique group.

I'm here to learn, to make friends, and to enjoy myself!
