What to send

An agent I want to contact has conflicting info on what she's looking for. On her agency's website it says to send a synopsis but nothing is mentioned about the first five pages. On AgentQuery and Publisher's Marketplace it says to send 5 pages and nothing about a synopsis.

Any suggestions on which instruction I should follow?
