N/A instead of user thread title?

Just wondered what the N/A means which was used instead of the thread title when I got a rp. Thanks much. I know n/a normally stands for not applicable.

I'm sure that someone more knowledgeable than I will wander by, but 'til then I'll make something reasonable sounding up :)

It is possible that you got a rep point from someone, and then the thread relating to that Rep got moved (like to TIO) or merged.

See, didn't that sound reasonable? Not as good as "The Girl Scouts took the thread to make more badges." but still...
