Hey erotica forum! I'm looking to get a better education on what's hot in sex scenes for M/M erotica.

Can anyone recommend me a few good M/M titles (ebooks preferred) that will melt my computer monitor?

TYVM :D

Katrina Strauss' Blue Ruin series rocks my...er...socks. Ahem.

Also, Josh Lanyon's/Laura Baumbach's Mexican Heat.

Em Veinglory's stuff in general is rather melty.

I think it depends on personal taste, though. I have to really care about the characters before anything they do in bed turns me on. The above authors are particularly good at characterization, which is why I find their sex scenes hot. :)

Thanks, guys! Now I'm going to do a magic trick and make my bank account disappear. :D

I have also heard good things about Josh Lanyon, and I went and read the previews for these other recommendations. I wants. :D

Bear in mind, I'm not plugging tt42 as a good writer because we're friends. We're friends because she's a good writer.

That said, her Rules of Engagement is released in December and I heartily recommend it. I read each chapter as she wrote it and had to hose down my computer nightly to stop it bursting into flames.

I'll give her a nudge later and tell her to stop by with details.

K.A. Mitchell writes some very hot sex scenes in her books, all from Samhain. My favorite (for its emotional charge) is "Regularly Scheduled Life." But for sheer melt-the-screen hawtness, try out "Collision Course" and "Diving in Deep."

YMMV, but you might try picking up a couple of anthologies from different publishers along the way. That way you get to sample bonbons before you commit to the whole pound of a single flavor. (My approach to both scoping out the latest in a genre and checking out a new candy store.)

Ah, yes - thank you, Scarlett (and Adam) - I'd definitely wanted to pick up Lori's book. Gotta wait til December, huh? Bummer. :(

Chaos, always have been impressed with Samhain's stuff. I'll check out K. A. Mitchell - thank you!

Anthologies... never thought of that. Thanks, V. Greene!

(Oh, man, I'm so going to go broke here... :))
