Can you think of any abnormalities?

Hi, i asked a while back about disorders that would be inherited due to inbreeding. Now i've started writing, and am getting stuck when it comes to discriptions.

So far i have spinal curves, cleif lips and pale thin and sickly looking people. Does anyone have any REALISTIC abnormalities that a person/ people would have if a lot of inbreeding was present in a small town.

PS. Please use realistic abnormalites that could actually happen in such a sisuation. Thank you.

If it's fiction, why limit yourself? Besides, if this is an extreme case after many generations, you may come across new an interesting abnormalities.

Since you can make up the origin of this gene pool, how about making vestigial digits a baseline? Also, Port Wine Stain on the face and other parts of the body. A tail?

Completely realistic disorders that aren't ludicrous? Such as a family whose skin are blue?

that was a cool site thanks BigWords! And i was just thinking realistic, because most people have seen the hills have eyes 2 and some of the people/things in that are a little far out there.
