I queried an agent, and she said that she would like the first three chapters of my novel, and I was like, yay! But now I'm thinking and confused.

My book starts with a short prologue thing, not super short, but shorter than the rest of the chapters of the book. So, do I send her prologue, chapters 1 & 2, or do I send her pro plus chapters 1, 2, & 3?

I'd send the prologue plus the first three chapters. But .... this is where it can help to know the agent a bit better. If you check the books of her current client list, do any of them have a prologue? It can help you gauge how they're likely to respond to one. There are many on this forum who'll say that prologues are verboten, and agents hate them. If the agent doesn't want to read the prologue, then the choice is hers - at least she has the option if you include it with the three chapters.
