That looks like a cover from and old Now Comics' Twilight Zone issue. Where did you find it?

It was the final slide in one of these "feel good" PP show that circulates via emails...this pic really didn't fit the theme of the slide show. At least not for me--it seemed to have a darker backstory hidden somewhere in the image...
