It's done. Really. The layout/design and editing for the printed book is complete. There's a PDF that's ready to deliver to Lulu now.
I only received responses from a few people who provided either a pen name/real name for the book's credits.
However, since this project has dragged (due mostly from my retirement from the military and subsequent start of another job overseas), I'm offering one last shot to get names. So, PLEASE -- if you are the author of one of these poems, and you have not already done so (or if you forgot if you did), SEND ME A PEN NAME OR A FIRST AND LAST NAME. I'll include on the final page with the others. (Or, if you know one of these people, please tell them to PM me!)
During that time, I'll pass a copy of the PDF to the two forum moderators for one final look. They will, in turn, give me back any recommended changes and edits. After that, we go to Lulu.
While the Lulu Publishing will take place under my account, the $5 per book surcharge (based on whatever the base price is) from the sale of the books will go directly to keeping Absolute Write's servers running. NO money to me. Period.
So, please comply with the above if you have not, buy a book when it comes out and get a friend to buy a copy, too.
