Formatting Chapter Titles in Double Digits

Quick question about formatting chapters when they're numbered and in double digits.

Is this correct:

Chapter Twenty-one

Or is this correct:

Chapter Twenty-One

I'd write Chapter Twenty-one, the number is one word albeit hyphenated.

... yikes; was never aware of the need for hyphenation for numbers.

if in doubt - why spell it out? why not just use Chapter 21?

In all probability, the publisher will format your chapter headings to match their house style, so don't sweat the small stuff.
