Writing group?

I was thinking about getting a small group together, maybe three people and we would write weekly and then trade off whatever we got done in that week and critique eachothers work on a weekly basis, having some sort of goal to accomplish at the end of each week.
Depending on the predictable size your novel will be, we would have a set word count goal to reach each week. Me and the other member are writing YA, mostly in the Fantasy area if you have something similar.
And with the critiques and pushes from the other two group members we would be more motivated to keep writing, at least I would be
