I don't know if this is in right spot. I thought I saw a post for readers but not sure. Ok, I picked up a Urban Fantasy book called Scar Night by Alan Campbell and am a little confussed by it.
So far it is about evil angles living in a place called Deepgate, I'm not sure if that's hell or just above it. They talk about gathering souls into the Abyss and storeing them for the war on Heaven. But then other times they talk as if God could help them? These are angles he just doesn't call them angles except for one which goes around killing everyone. Why would Hell have it's own enemy? I like the characters but the story is a little confussing. If you read it please, could you explain what is going on?
