Is it okay to query a different agent in an agency when the submission e-mail is the same? There's no website, so I can't look up their policy on querying more than one of them at different times. It has been over three months since I queried and was rejected by the first. It was a short, but personalized rejection (she mentioned I had a good concept, but she didn't like stories with demons in them).

Often they'll say in the guidelines that it is not allowed...but if it doesn't say in the guidelines, I'm not sure what to think. I've seen it said that a pass from one agent is a pass from all...to please not query other agents with the same manuscript...but like I said, if it doesn't actually specify in the guidelines, I don't know what to tell you. I'm sure someone will.

If they have no website, where do I find guidelines beyond AgentQuery?

That's a hard one. I've come across this too...wondering how to find out more than what agentquery lists. I don't know what to say. Maybe just try doing it and addressing the query to the other agent. ???

Have you tried publisher's marketplace? Often I find agents there I don't find on agentquery.

It's one you need a subscription to see.

ETA: They are on AgentQuery. But AQ doesn't really have that info regarding querying more than one agent.

If they all have the same email, then most likely the queries are being read by an assistant and relocated to specific agents regardless of whose name is on it. If you send the same query to the same addy and it is an assistant, they'll most likely recognize it (if it's been a quick turn around) and just junk it.
