LOved her in Are You Being Served. She was 86. 
Her poor pussy ... Sorry, couldn't resist. I love that show and once in a while I'll catch one I've never seen.
I remember a PBS fund-raising show where I learned that for the first half of the first season, she actually dyed/sprayed her hair a different color for each show until they were a hit and could buy her wigs instead.

I think I've seen the entire series at least four times, from first to final episode, and the sequel show Grace & Favour/Are You Being Served? Again! twice. I'll never forget one review I saw in one of the British tabloids when they were starting to show AYBS again in the late 80's: "Sure, the jokes are as old as Mrs. Slocombe, but you can't help but enjoy it!'

She was so funny!!! I love watching her on Are You Being Served also Wendy Richard, who played Ms. Brams died last year or was it the year before...not sure. But Mollie will be missed.
