Name Titles-- A Nit-Picky Question

Ok. I may be going OCD with this, but I want to be sure I do it right.

When adressing a woman using her last name, the usage changes according to whether or not she's married. Mrs. Jones VS Ms. Jones.

I'm wondering what would be the proper way to refer to her if her marital status is unknown. Would she still be Ms?
