I'm stuck trying to find a hidden message. I suspect the code requires me to take each x-th word and reorder those words to find a message (the code maker said as much). Has anyone got any bright ideas on how to automate this?

Regular expressions. Good thing to know how to use anyway, but 1. you need a text editor that can use them 2. you have to learn how to do it
Excel workaround. Have spreadsheet, will count.
Convert message to one word per line (there's a quick way...)
Paste into spreadsheet. Next column numbered 1 to 10, repeating all the way down.
Data > Filter > Autofilter -- show only 10's
Now you'll ask how do I....
