Formatting Follies

Hey-- Two quick questions as I work on formatting my manuscript to send it off to agents.

#1. When seperating chapters, do I have to add a page break or anything? Or should I just let it flow?

#2. I used Courier font for my manuscript. Should I keep it uniform and use Courier for my synopsis and query letter too?

MS format

Every chapter should start on a new page. Come down the page about one-third of the way and type, centered, your Chapter Number: CHAPTER 3

You can use any tasteful font for your query letter.
