Returning From the Void

Good grief. Time flies. I used to be on this site as 'denryu', and loved it. I never really fell out of love with it, per say. It's more like I blinked and two years had passed before I realize I hadn't popped by in a while. I guess that's just proof that I have a really bad habit of obsessing over projects to the point that I forget all about everything else.

Anyway, 'denryu' is a name I pretty much grew out of a long time ago, so I decided to start fresh with a shiny, new account, and so, katnik was born. You can call me "KT" or "Kat"--either is fine with me.

I'm an anything goes sort of writer. My genre tends to vary a lot, but I would say I predominantly write fantasy/sci-fi, and free verse poetry. I'll most likely spend most of my time haunting the poetry forums...and hopefully be better at coming up with intelligent, witty, and insightful comments this time around.

I guess that pretty much covers everything that matters for now.

CACTUSWENDY: I'm not sure it goes to well with ramen, but hell, I'll try it. If I end up in the hospital it's your fault though.

Thanks for the warm welcome back everyone. This time I'm hoping to say more and lurk less. Be both more productive...and also more charming. haha. Well, sounds like I've got my work cut out for me, really.

In any case, me and my popcorn-flavored ramen are off to browse the forums, plot witty comments, and undoubtedly fail when my flighty muse tells me it wants to draw instead.
