I just saw this on Duotrope (http://www.duotrope.com/market_3681.aspx) and was wondering if anyone else had heard of it. The convention doesn't ring a bell and neither does the person running it.
It's interesting that they're looking at horror from a different perspective, but the language in the submission guidelines make me think twice. He sounds a little full of himself. Then again, text is an emotionally flat medium, so it could just be me.
Does this sound legit to anyone or do you think it'll disappear in a puff of smoke?
