As a producer of the film, I am incredibly excited about the advantages this analysis can give when applied to screenplays. Modelling the dilemmas the characters face in each scene and throughout the plot in this way has helped the actors to realise the intentions of the screenplay quickly and accurately.
I am interested to hear other screenwriters views on drama theory as a tool for modelling and analysing plots for others and the writer. it has certainly helped us.
